I love controversy and this commercial that the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine put out is just that. The cool thing about blogging the dishes I cook is it pushes me to try and make new stuff all the time. I’ll go on here and remind myself what I’ve already cooked and also think about how to improve past dishes.
