Decided to try to make bread for the first time this morning and it actually turned out pretty good.
First added 3 cups of flour, 1 cup of luke warm water, 1 tablespoon of yeast and some salt. Mixed, kneaded and shaped to a ball.
Let rest, shaped and let rest again.
Brushed a little egg whites and water on top and baked in the oven (375) for 20 minutes
Brushed with a little more egg whites and baked for another 15 minutes
Seriously this tasted so good, fresh and easy to make. If anyone has any bread recipes please let me know!
