Where the hell was red velvet when I was a little kid??? I know its been around for a long time but it seems like it just got popular in the last couple of years. The other day we were at the bar down the street and the guy next to us started talking about how much he loves red velvet cupcakes. This isn’t AZ and I’m not trying to profile but he looked like he should have been talking about how the government screwed him over, Harley Davidson’s or Budweiser not how delicious he thinks red velvet cupcakes are. This conversation in a dive bar wouldn’t have happened 4 years ago but regardless of what stated the hype I need these pancakes NOW!
